A70, Z20 supra soarer cruise

got some interest from other forums so, just preaching the word

Date: 8th January sunday
Time:2.30 meet for a 3pm leave
Meet point: meet at Burswood dome carpark ( as you enter the area, there is a round about, turn left at this and follow it down for about 500m or so, then turn right into an open carpark)

maps will be handed out at the meet point, we will be going up some choice roads so no speeding (it may be double demerits) , we are going to do this to enjoy the road and company of everyone ..........ohhhhhhh

man, didnt you just get a cooler and comp, how can you have nho boost, what did you do break a turbo or sumfin..

man show up anyway and tag along with someone.

as far as the turbo goes, get the biggest mofo you can, that way you will quickly find what other problems your car might have

I'm running an ITS 60-1 with a .49 rear housing. Mine is on a 1JZ. Damn that thing is huge, what engine is it?

yeah, I tried a pair I pulled off an engine I had lying around hoping them to last a year or so on normal boost. Really should have gotten them rebuilt. Still drivable... (barely).. probably limp it to motorvation

hey mate whats the specs on the turbo you have? like what flange and rated hp etc..
and how are you liking driving it?

still haven't actually bought anything yet..

hey all, i let my cousin know bout this and he posted on some soarer sight, should get some people from there too. i should be getting my exhaust done today so my car will hopefully not be as fukn loud as last time...

Just out of couriousity is anyone interested in buying an ARC cooler for a 7m 70 or Z20, fits into factory mounts, nice upgrade..

as long as everyone is there at teh second meet then its all good.. i think that all that went last time will agree that is when the route gets really interesting.. (providing that we are not all driving behind a smoke screen again)

i will also have some maps avail for anyone who needs them just in case Rob runs out..

Now lets just hope for mild temps and no rain..

Just thought i might remind ppl of some rules we all agreed on from last time..

MAIN THING if someone stops or brakes down.. stop as close as possible, as ben found out last time its no fun if ya car brakes down in the middle of a cruise.. luckily MOST of us stopped and offered help..

i figure this is common sense but being the last day of double demerits i will mention it anyway... DONT ACT LIKE A PENIS ON MAIN ROADS.. it aint a race.. and i personally dont want my car stickered because someone attracted the cops..

Thats just about it..

yeh, spirited driving should be left at home, as double demerits is on

we are doing this for good road, good people, nice views, and most importantly..........supras and soarers !!!
