with a lot of engine conversions going on and improvements to previous cars - its time for another ever popular Dyno Day.

OST Dyno Day # 3 - Saturday 11 November 2006
Old skool power on the rollers in another one of our popular dyno days. Several awards will up for grabs.
Where: HyperDrive, Unit 1 / 28 Vale St, Malaga
Time: 10am sharp

Speedworks also have a hubpack dyno which means a) other comparisons are unlikely to make sense, and b) it takes ages to get the car onto it.

I'm down like a fat kid on a candy bar, make it the 21st so I can have another trophy for my b'day on the 22nd

I'm voting for hyperdrive as they seemed to yield pretty fair results, i dont think too many people whinged about them being a mile out on their HP figures.........apart from those people who own 1G's But then damo your N/A 1G through that out the window

Supra is a defianate, and the Crown or MR2 is a maybe.

fark yeah.. im in for sure.. in the t-18, no point putting the supra on, i know what it will get and i cant boost over 12psi coz my clutch is rooted...

Bout the choice of place...

I know Mick from ovaboost pretty well.. he is normally hell busy, but i can ask him if he would wanna run a dyno day.. only downside he only has 2 staff, which makes getting cars on and off the dyno takes longer.. but there is plenty of parking..

i never been to hyperdrive dyno, but xspeed are knobs.. so Hyperdrive would get my vote over Xspeed..

Who knows, the t-18 could be turbo by then...

Stomps - can you ask Mick if he'd be interested in running a dyno day?.. I'd be willing to give them a go. (even tho I haven't been there myself).

Otherwise it'll probably be Hyperdrive as they also had ample parking and were pretty efficient getting cars in and out.

just to let you know, we should book a date early in advance, cos people like hyperdrive are booked up for a solid month ahead with dyno days and racing events.

i suggest putting it roughly 2 months ahead of this week november 4th maybe?
