How to edit a thread title?

I was updating my members ride thread and I was trying to edit the thread title the same way you did on the old forums (editing first post) and I did so but it didnt edit the thread title in the members rides forum...

is there a special way you edit a thread title?

but like you said doing it the way in the old forums it also doesn't work in the members ride section as pointed out by Cruzida. Whether or not this has been fixed I dunno.

Maybe you just can't change the thread title in that section, any admin/mods wanna shed some light on this
