how to replace timing belt n tensioner?

Hi all, what's the easier way to replace a timing belt n tensioner n water pump on the following----

1993 corolla seca liftback ae92r 4afe 1.6l efi 5 speed manual


any videos etc other than utube? where should i be looking?

my confusion comes as some videos ive watched dont mention or use torque wrench or a harmonic balance puller
and yet Gregory's manual a wrench and puller are required. thnx!

You should be able to find a manual on the web via Google. I did my 94 Corolla Hatch a while back. Do not buy a kit until you get the old belt off because there were at least three different types on the Corolla. As I recall there are different width belts and different teeth numbers.
