    Default 3rz upgrades

just wondering if anyone knows what would be the first things to upgrade or any tips to building a 3rz turbo looking for a reliable 300-350rwhp
how much boost will i need looking around 20 psi
    what turbo should i run
    what ecu should i use
i am buying the low compression forged pistons(hopefully i can get some cp's)
should i o ring the block while it is apart?
will standard head gasket be ok or will i need metal/copper?
what power do the standard injectors usually run out of juice?
what is the ideal fuel pressure to run?
do i have to run external wastegate?
    any tips would be appreciated
not looking to import a motor from the us tho

you havn't specified which turbo you are going to use. Depending on this will depend on how much boost you will need to make that power.

As an idea, GT35R with 0.83 requires 14psi of boost to make 300rwhp.

    ECU is your choice.

Forged piston arn't required, stock bottom end is more then beefy enough to take 350rwhp. My current ute used to run 360rwhp all day every day. And all it is using is a decompression plate and a cleaned up head.

use stock MLS headgaskets. orining not required,
    Need bigger injectors
Fuel pressure dependant on your fueling needs
external wastegate maybe depending on turbo used.....

Do a bit of research, all those questions you have asked are very generic in nature and not specific to the 3RZ.

daily driver or not, all the above mods will take a good solid couple of weeks for someone else to do.

You want something bolt on and just about ready to go. I have a manifold and dump pipe suitable for a turbo 3rz conversion.

Add on top these things as a minimum to get it turboed and then build from there:
    intercooler
    ecu
    exhaust

with the basics covered you can build from there, with larger injectors, and more boost.

Simple as that really. The rest of it is research and how deep your pockets are.
