3tgte injector upgrade??

hey, i couldnt find info on this so i thought i might try asking.

what injectors were stock in a 3tgte

what would be recomended to upgrade to, (i was thinking around 400cc) and where can i buy them brand new??(at a reasonable price)

My 3T KE20 had 12A injectors when I bought it... I assume they were a direct fit into the rail.
All 13B / 12A injectors are interchangable apparently so therefore you may be able to use 13B 6 Port injectors in your rail.

I think standards are 375cc and i run 13bt which are 550cc and they bolt straight in. I got mine from just jap importers cost me $300 for 4, plus got them cleaned

Stock 3T GTE injectors are 295cc/min. I upgraded mine to 440cc/min from a 7M GTE.

They fit straight in, just need to change the plugs. Or 13B injectors also fit and are 550cc/min. Not sure you need them that big unless you're gonna fit a huge turbo etc.

Not all rotor 13b injectors are swapped for each other if thats what you are saying?
There are different types all are 550cc and look alike but have diff part nos.

HINT: If you get the later model 550cc injectors ( with the oval injector plug) they can be made to fit directly without even changing the injector plug.

What you do is trim the two guides on the sides of the injector terninal off and you can then use factory toyota injector plugs

Not sure But dont get too scared about doing it it takes about 5min to do all injectors and can be done with a razor blade.

I have 7MGTE injectors, do I need to dial the AFM and adjust boost? My 3TGTE will be running on stock ECU.

i would guess that with bigger injectors u will just have to lower the fuel pressure, so it doesnt flood, but also increase it when on boost to be sure, so i would recommend a rising rate set at about 30-35psi base pressure,

im not really a guru just played with a few little things and in my opionion thats what i would do. its up to u what u decide
