74-75 Crown Diff Series?

Im trying to help a mate out who needs a new diff centre in his 5M 74-75 Crown, and I'm just wondering if the F Series Diff from an MX73 IRS Cressida will fit?

If the Crown is a MS 85 it has a F series diff but solid axle not idependant.The crown wheel and pinion will fit but nothing else(Crown-Banjo centre.Cressida-Salsbury type).
