1uz thermostat housing outlets

I've got, on both my 1uz's, a thermostat housing pipe outlet that goes 90 degrees to the drivers side, and down a little bit.

But I've seen people have ones that go straight out?

Where does one acquire this piece of fancy hardware?

Ah.... That must have been my double overhead reversible spaghetti holders playing up on me...

I've had my radiator modded to suit, and fucked it up somewhat.
