You use the MX10 engine mounts. (Correct me if I'm wrong GT )

You didn't mention gearbox in your first post, but if you use the MX10 gearbox (which will bolt up), then of course you can use the MX10 gearbox mount. Otherwise we need to know what box you're planning to use...

Btw you'll need to put your MX10 Mid sump on the 7MGTE engine (which should have a mid rear sump)...

W58 or R154 would be the manual boxes to use. R154 is stronger but a lot more expensive.

GT should be able to let us know what clutch pedals fit.

Making one from am brake pedal would be difficult.

gianttomato, the frist person to respond

I'd suspect MX1x, MX2x? might be the places to look.

    Maybe (big maybe) RA2x, RA40?

RT142 etc uses the newer style clutch master and I wouldn't expect it to fit...

You could bolt up the original auto - it will last 20 minutes or so.

If you use any other gearbox, you'll need to modify the gearbox cross member. As for tailshaft depends on which gearbox you use.

Use a manual Corona Mk2 pedal box. You can modify an auto one I suppose - I'd consider using RT104 pedals but they may not suit. You're going to have to do the hard yards yourself there.

I also want to see a 7MGTE sitting on the ground next to your MX10 and a fuckload less SMS talk before I contribute any further.

the diff may last as long as the original gearbox will, depending on how you treat it
