    Default W63 Gear box?

Hi i just got my hands on a W series gear box.

I wanna use it with my 20v build up that is going into my ae71.

Basically after inspection i noticed it said W63 on it. Anyone know anything about this?
Anyone know if its impossible to run this? (mind you i know i need a bell housing and what not) but is there anything else effecting it.

Note: It came out of a Celica.

    Thank you in advance

    What said W63?
    The build plate?
    Stamp on the gbox?
    Writing on the gbox?

To the best of my knowledge a W63 doesn't exist.
If it did, and it followed Toyota's normal coding, then it would be a 6 speed box in a W5x case.

i guess the question is, how many gears does it have? could be a 5 with a conveniently placed scratch.

    Got a pic?

I've seen W52's in hiluxes here in the states but never seen a W63, or W53 for that matter.

If it said W63 on the case itself this is basically meaningless. If you tell us which model Celica it came out of we can tell you what box it actually is.

An SA63, according to the build plate, has a W55.
