Hi guys, my name is Lawrence, ive been a "browser" of toymods forums for over a year, but only just got a toyota last month!
my car is a KE26 corolla wagon with a 3KH, and im chasing a new air filter setup for it, as the stocko one is apparently pretty restrictive.
after doin a little research i found that Ramflo seems to be a good brand, but the problem is finding one for a 74 corolla
what sort of hi flow filters are fellow KE owners using and where did you purchase? im happy to buy it from overseas, just need a little help as to where to find em( Ramflo brand or whatever else is quality)
cheers, btw done a search and found zero on the topic
i actually had a ramflo one on my K series a while back.. was loud, sucked in hot air, btu it was better than the stock restrictive air cleaner.... i can't remember what model it was, but my brother also bought one from supercheap or similar, so they must be available still... just measure the size the hole needs to be, then cruise down to supercraps etc and see if there is one there that fits... about $40?
i dunno about quality.. it's a pretty crappy foam filter that will stop[ rocks but thats about it.. then again.. it's only a K motor
Redline should do one that fits (rectangular.. 6x9"?? or similar) also..
