18RG 2 barrel manifold

Got new rules in our speedway class which opens a few doors for me if i can swing it.

I can run my 18RG if i can fit a normal 2bbl carby and manifold with ..minimum modification.?

NO twin carbys...No EFI.!!

Dont know why anyone would have tried detuning like this but thought i would ask in case.

i have been told that you can run a rejetted webber of a pre fuel injected falcon xd or xe i think

There was a Corona on eBay running an XF weber on an 18RG recently. The manifold looked like it was from some other engine adapted slightly.

That Corona was not the first conversion like that I have seen either. So it should be possible.
