    Default 1GGTE Engine Specialist in Adl (Waterpump)

    My waterpump was leaking as some of you know, and ive changed the timing belt while everything is off. Got the harmonic balancer off and the radiator, everything, bar the power steering pump to get to the water pump. So does anyone know where I can find someone in Adelaide who would be able to do this for me?

    Your local cheap mechanic?
    1G's may be fairly rare, but they are nothing special, any machanic worth 2c will do it no problems.

    Yeah thats what I was thinking, Ive pretty much got everything off and just need one more thing to be taken off.

    seeing as you've got the water pump visible - unbolt it? why the need for a mechanic?
