Gday!! I just thought that I would ask this questions, as I couldnt find it while searching.
Has anyone done an auto to manual conversion in a AE92 4AGE 100kw at all before??
I will be doing this shortly, and I was wondering if there was anyone at all who had done this. If you have had the experience, could you perhaps shed some light on the conversion for me, and maybe a list of parts needed, and step by step way to go.
Any help would be appreciated.

buy a dead ae92 sx, rape for parts, they come up pretty regularly in my used car searches, dead engine, but the rest of the bits are good
install into your car
profit
buying conversion parts in bits and pieces will always give you grief, a kit is never a kit, unless you make it yourself. remember that and you will go far, unless of course you have access to a wrecking yard and can just collect whatever you need
short list:
gearbox
flywheel
flywheel bolts
clutch assembly
clutch fork
throwout bearing
clutch line hard
clutch line soft
axles? i'm not sure if they are same or different
pedal assemblies, clutch and brake
clutch slave
clutch master
shift cables
shifter assembly
gearknob
console trim, gear boot
i've propbably forgotten stuff, plus misc bolts
goodluck with it, and hopefully you will be chirping soon

The spanner in my avatar is actually a 16mm, that's why it's still new

Has anyone done the conversion before?? And with any pics??
