    Default June 15th: FAST AND FURIOUS: Tokyo Dorifto Meet and Show off

    Hey Guys,

    I know as much as everyone pays on the Franshise... You know you all wanna watch it!
    So myself in conjunction with www.MR2.org.au and some of the FASCINATION boys will be organising to attend the screening on the First nite of opening (Thursday June 15).

    We will be heading to the Reading Cinemas in Auburn (Same as the 2005 Toyfest show) where we will have a section of the car park to hold a Mini Show and Shine where everyone can park all aggressively! and then watch the movie.

    Best behaviour is essential to the success of this event and future events like it. So Please only make an appearance if you are on your best behaviour!

    is this an official event, and can any car be in da show and shine cause my ma70 is not really show material (few scratches and scrape on front and back bar but no dents) but it would be nice to see it there, but i will be there for sure at reading i live in auburn...

    Ok a quick update guys!

    We will be having a roped off area with security to watch over the cars whilst we are watching the movie!

    Anyone can come along and put their cars in the display...... We are hoping to have a friendly meet of like minded enthusiasts to enjoy the movie! (sounds like a dating service pick up line! hhah!)...........
    There is a 6ish and 9ish session, so at this point we will be attending the 9ish session. We will aim to get there around 8 to 8:30 to get the Display set up and then may go upstairs or down the road for either subway or Maccas and KFC........This will also give us time to chat etc and check out all the crazy graphics and Neons on out cars! hehe!

    As a further incentive we also have a discounted rate of $10 for the movie of anyone who is affiliated with this meet.

    Guys, Nic(Levos) is a great guy, and his car isn't rice(damn sweet SW20 Bathurst), and it doesn't have any neons, this is all said very "tounge in cheek"

    The MR2 club peoples who are organising this are a nice bunch, so would be a good night out. I can't be there as I've got other stuff on, but I'm sure I'll goto this movie at some point to laugh and giggle at it.

    I'd usually expect a meet like this to happen at a drive-in, but not in this case so it seems. And the cops would be lurking around the drive-in after the movie finished too. Since we got the ToyotaFest happening at the same location, I wonder if there's gonna be a mini "cops-choice" award given to the most riced-up car in the lot on the night.
