Toymodders going to Summernats? Come to the Toymods/CCG meet - Fri 6th Jan

Guys,

Just seeing who is going to summernats jan 2006? Im pretty keen to go this year, as every other year i've had something on or havent been in the country.

So.. who's going? Who's thinking of going?

If there are a few guys keen, perhaps we should organise some accomodations very soon.

NOTE: Toymods and CCG are having a meet & greet on Fri 6th Jan for Summernats... see down the thread for more details, or check the "Events" tab at the top of the page!!

I am going will be heading down thurs thru Sunday and am Camping on the site.

was farking awsome last year and I won't be missing it again.

Yeah, I'm looking at going again (hopefully my car will be finished enough that I will be entering as well)

Out of curiousity, once you're inside the ticketted area, do you need to have a licence? My thing is dragging on (if I'd taken the suspension straight away, I would've had my licence back by now

)

I got my entry in nice and early this year, so I will be there for sure

.

It's always a good opportunity for a bit of a look at some nice cars, some sunburn, some skanks and some laughs.

Last year we organised a small get together on the Friday evening and a bit of a cruise through the popular spots. Same thing is happening again this year, hope to see everyone there and inside the event.

Yeah, mate's new workplace organises a work trip down each year, so another couple of us were thinking of joining them. Never been so would be good to check it out. What are you thinking of doing accom wise?

I'll be camping don there again

ATM will be camping on the Yogi patch of dirt, however if enough toymodders wanna go down and are gunna camp I would rethink that

I would seriously like to go, but me thinks I won't be allow this year at least. we are planning on going after the wedding in 2007..... Bathurst next year as well.

Ok guys... im booking a camping site in one of the only places left with accomodation TONIGHT.

Atm its $22 a night for non-powered camping site with shower facilities and BBQ access. (that’s for 3 people). This place is roughly 5-10mins from the nats and buses run all day to and from.

Im thinking of booking from wed 4th till sunday 7th...

im a total rookie when it comes to summernats but are we talking january or february?
