    Default ST205 Alloy Radiators anyone?

Hey guys one of my suppliers has informed me that they now have the template for the ST205 Celica.
I can get them in the following dimensions(mm) 40mm,42mm,50mm,52mm and 56mm.. We will obviously need to choose from one of the above and stick to it to get the best price but I am proposing we go the 50mm at a price of $349 plus shipping.

These will all be fully polished and carry our 2 year warranty, full early bird orders will get free shipping to east coast and half price shipping to WA and TAS.

    cheers

I think I can if they have the drawings for one otherwise not for the moment. If there isnt much diff between the 2? We can maybe re weld some of the mounting points..

Ricey, You know from previous conversations I'm keen for a rad to suit ST205 - I'll double check clearances tomorrow and let you know my preferance for thickness. Are the cores, single row, double or triple for the thicker stuff?

No probs big guy,I usually advise only 2 row for anything up to 50mm but tripple core for the 56.

What do you need for the drawings to make a ST185 radiator?

Is it possible to send me a copy of the ST205 drawing, so that I know what info you need, and I should be able to draw up a ST185 one.

Either a Cad drawing, or Microstation 3D model.

I can get the same mob to copy anything but I need a minimum order of 20 to get them down to a good retail price.

If there is enough interest for 185 model we can launch a group buy..

Get me one to copy from and we can see what happens(I am happy to pay ofcourse). In all honesty I would have to have some serious numbers to develop it.

My focuss after the next batch of Toyota rads sell out is going to swing toward Ford and Holden rads.. I just cant afford to sit on stock anymore..

    Nath,
any chance of seeing the ST205 file to see how different (if at all) it is to the ST215 Caldina?
A few more of these are starting to float around, but they don't have the cooling dramas of the 185s (more frontal area & holes)
