Thumbs up Alloy Radiators! 22/23/28 Shipped in May!

    Hey guys,

For the last couple of months I have been setting up a company that will make custom alloy radiators for nearly half the cost anyone else I extent my thanks to Toymods for allowing me to sponsor such a great club and the support shown. The cores come from China but we are doing the final fabrication in AUS,the cores are the same as PWR and ARE use. All rads are covered by a 12month warranty,no ifs no buts!

The website is in the process of being made but we are ready to take orders

On offer are 2 core 52mm and 45mm thick cores with 55mm tall end tanks.

    Pics.

For now all radiators will have 30mm wings as pictured but WILLNOT have the mounting tabs for a thermo fan. You will have to make a brace. You will also have to drill your own mounting holes on the wings.

The website will have an online and printable order form which will allow you to mark the location of your inlet/outlet pipes and general size, but for now either use MS paint to make the picture above and send it over or just describe the dimensions as follows.

Measure total height of your existing radiator then MINUS- 120mm,this will give me the core size you need and still allow enought room for the bigger end tanks.

Take into account the width of the 52mm thick core with the mounting wings takes the total width to 75mm so make sure your not going to foul on any pulleys etc.

Then let me know what diameter outlets you need and the location using the closest edge of the radiator as the base point.

Toymods special pricing. $499 inc GST-ANY SIZE!
I will even throw in free shipping if you will allow a pic of you car to go on the website

I really need 10 ordered to make this price viable guys so if you at any stage have considered getting one now is the time

These are fantastic quality as anyone who has been to my place can testify..I am able to do these cheap due to helping a mate with his welding co by supplying him very good welders cheap.

All aspects of the radiator will be covered by a full 12month warranty!

If you have any questions please ask away.

    Cheers
    Nath

Will you have templates for producing radiators on request with no dimension?

i.e i want one for my AE71 20V conversion but don't have an existing radiator to measure, can you just make one up from an existing template? then i can just order straight from you with no problems.

It would probably be easier just to get another Toymodder with an AE71 to measure there for the cause...

looking a 4-5 weeks for delivery guys,so if you can scrounge up half now and half in a month you will have yourself an alloy rad.

as we make more we will start to have "off the shelf" rads for more cars and i will stock accordingly.

Really need 10 to maintain that price guys...

    cheers

Hell yes I want one, but for the cressy, which uses the 2 posts out the bottom tank & the 2 brackets on the top type of mounting, and no brackets on the side. Any way to do these?
Just out of interest MX73 & 83s use the same mounting bracket/post dimensions, just the 83s are a bit wider, so the same rad will fit both cressys.

Yep will have angled brackets very shortly with a rubber insert underneath, just a square hook type set up..

Guys I need to have some numbers by the end of the week, its only 250 to get started and then you have another 4 weeks to get the other 250,I have orders for 2 already to another 8to go. I have also had suggested to have the thermo fan mounts left on but obviously on the opposite sides to your outlets. What do you guys prefer as im trying to make these as generic a possible to keep the costs down.

Joel, how does the cressie rad mount at the bottom, should I just produce them all with mounting wings and say 4X hook holders with each aswell?

    cheers

Mx 83 cressida ones will be hot property but you will have to make them a bolt in fit like pwr do . at $300 less than a pwr one id say you will get very busy with these.
The biggest drawback i can see is if you make them too universal people may think its too hard to fit , and more so cause there alloy and normal people cant weld brackets onto them .
