The truck was spotted on eBay and rather than bore you with the details (which there weren’t very many), here are the photos.
The plan for the truck is for it to become a promotional item for the Toymods Car Club and a stylish BBQ + esky hauler.
Preparations are being made for the truck to be ready to attend the Classic Celica Appreciation Day on 23 May so we are looking for donations towards getting it to pass roadworthy to be put on Historic Registration. The main stuff we are after are items to be able to give it a good service (oil and filter, spark plugs, diff oil, manual trans oil, coolant) and some tyres. While I am unsure if they are the stock size, the current ones are 215R15 truck tyres so something towards that size would be good. I will get some part numbers of the items we need when I find what they are as its a bit hard finding parts for something thats nearly 50 years old.
If you could help with the items that we are looking for, please post it up here otherwise if you have any ideas or suggestions, then keep then put them up.
Let me know the dimensions of the rad mate as I may have one here with some spaz welding you can have.
cheers
Nath

A relative of mine has an old 60's tray truck to transport his mini around. The truck is on club plates which is fine because it only gets used when going to race meets or repairers. I've fantasised about doing the same thing. An old Toyoace would be perfecto!

I used to dream of a Stout (father used to tell me about em) but this is like Industrial grade Stout.

Were they sold with the Landcruiser in the early days of Toyota in Aust?

Nup it's currently got a 12R in it. I think they may have came in this chassis later on.
Nice, any chance of fitting a 22R-TE in there?

if the model code is "PK.." then it was orignally P series.. PK30, PK40, PK50.
I had thougth RK was Stout, and PK was toyoace in that early series.. but if this is an RK, then the R motor is stock i guess
