can some one please let me know the reason behind lilcrash being banned for life?? he was a paying member of this club was he not??

I don't think he was financial Toymods Car Club member.

He was using another account and that's a bannable offence, especially as he was involved in selling items on these forums.

When dealing with money we all expect honesty, and therefore we wish to deal with the actual person who is doing the selling. Using someone elses account or falsifying your information is unacceptable.

It's always been in the rules, as too is the penalty if you get caught. He got caught. Game over.

Check this thread for full details why the lilcrash account was deleted.

As you can see it was stated on THESE forums by the lilcrash account itself that it was being misused and that he "Stephen - aka lilcrash" had started a new account - The one you are using now.

I know Stephens girlfriends nick name was Courtals.

Ive seen posts on here before that look a bit odd, and later an apology was made saying "my mate made that comment" because they had set their login to remember me and their mate had got in on his own. Could that have been the case, that Stephen's brother logged on the lilcrash account himself?

Also IIRC the dispute with the guy buying his car was over the dash that the buyer thought was included in the sale, which however wasnt? To me that just seems like a bit of a communication error between both parties and it could have been investigated?

I dont know the full details of it all, but I have known lilcrash for a while now, and I even work with him now. My opinion of him is that he is a decent bloke, and has been a financial member of the club in the past. I can understand from the mods end why he was banned, but was it ever investigated further? Getting both sides of the story including lilcrash's?

Or maybe its a case of he's had a long enough break, if he's learnt his lesson and promises to be a good boy he could come back? Ive just seen bigger tossbags on here than lilcrash thats all I understand, when you read the posts in the past, something fishy may have been going on. Im just not all that sure that lilcrash is a dodgy bloke. Ive bought stuff off him in the past two, and I received what I paid for and what we both agreed on.

What the mods decide is ultimately their decision and im not trying to tell yous how to do your job I just know he was a paying member and I know him personally, and maybe it should have been investigated a bit further, thats all.

The Courtals account was left open so Stephen could comment or contact us, he also knows my MSN and email addy. Until now there was no feedback on the banning at all.

Stephen is indeed a good bloke so I am sure it will all get sorted out. If the courtals account is actualy Courtney's and Stephens brother is just a first rate cock using Stephens account then there is no reason the lilcrash account can't be reopened. He will just have to be more careful with his login.

We are all responsible for our own accounts and if our account gets misused its up to us as the account owner to get it sorted out.

Thanks for being open minded about it, I just dont think it would have been all that fair if no one looked into it.

steven probably would have been back on here sooner had he been able to access the toymods site at all, his ip address was blocked, now we have bought a house we have all new ip addresses ect.. we are able to get back on here. yes steven bro is a complete w##ker. and he is now living at bribie over an hour away so no more issues there.
