    Admin,

    The current time is 12:53pm EST, but this post will show that it was posted at 01:53pm EST...

    At a guess, the server is set with the incorrect time...

    I just checked the Date and Time section of my CP also, and that's showing as GMT +10 (Eastern Aus) which is what it should be...

    says 12:06 for me, but i have set options for forum to be japan time.. which is what? perth time? GMT+9...

    time is right for me (as it is 12:13 here now)

    I pity the fool with the incorrect time zone!

    User CP > Edit Options > Scroll to "Date & Time" heading > Set Time Zone

    Change it to GMT + 6.5 hours for shits and giggles, then your post above thats meant to be 1:06pm appears as like 9:36am.

    yeah something like that

    i've just made a sceen dump but since im at uni i cant upload to photobucket

    its show my last post at like 6 in the morning, the time is all relative to you, it would be too much to manage everyone else time relative to the server, i suspect it runs like a base script and then adds on ur preferences?

    Kinda, just pulls GMT from one of the many millions of commercially available NPT servers, and then adjusts the time according to the time zone offset you selected when you first setup your toymods account. This way the vast majority of networks worldwide run withing seconds of each other.

    For the server time to be incorrect, would probably mean your about to die cause the universe is collapsing.

    Both myself and Kirsty are in the exact same time zone, and have the same time setting in our control panels, yet it shows differently to each of us...

    Also this is something that has only just started as of today...
