This run was done in 3rd and went well over the 180 limit but had this 'boost/fuel cut' (at about 5000rpm shit house fluttery noise out exhaust) when we tried to boost it higher. Did about 8 runs trying to do different things - adjust afm spring and a few other useless ideas.
Ran way too rich sub 9's for a bit here and there.
143KW - was fairly happy being a 1986 gen 1 but would be way better if i could fuck this 'cut' off.

I thought i may as well put this up here toosince the results with the gen2 factory twins weak actuator rods not holding and therefore leaking boost back to 9psi, along with the crappy ebc were still fairly decent.
If i was to fit up the better Gen3 twins and with stable boost control at 15psi 180rwkw/240rwhp would be possible no probs
But now its time for the decent single setup!![]()

It has a
