    Default Amayama Trading Introduction

    Hi everyone

My name's Justin and I'm the Australian representative for Amayama Trading Co., Ltd here in Osaka Japan.

Amayama supplies new genuine parts for imported Japanese cars across all makes. Our warehouse is situated in Minoo City, Osaka and primarily supply the Japanese and Russian markets, however as of May, 2010 we have entered the Australian market. We have 12 full-time staff on hand in the warehouse and office and have forged strong relationships with all Japanese car manufacturers to supply parts at the cheapest possible prices.

We're proud to sponsor Toymods and believe it's a great opportunity to support local import Toyota owners, and Toyota enthusiasts in general. To do this we're making an introductory offer to Toymods members: 10% off retail prices for any new genuine Toyota parts. This offer will continue until the end of June so don't hesitate! Just mention Toymods in your email request to receive the discount.

Having a hard time finding parts for your import? Don't want to wait for Toyota Australia to source parts from Japan? We can help. We have stock on hand for all the most popular models ready to be shipped... and if it's not in stock, we'll get it in and have it shipped straight to your door as quickly as possible.

Found a cheaper price elsewhere? Let me know where you found it and we'll do our best to beat it.

**Wholesale enquiries welcome!** We strive to form lasting partnerships built on speedy, professional service and effective support.

    **New Website Coming Soon** http://www.amayama.co.jp

    Q+A

Q: Do you have a store in NSW/VIC/QLD/SA/WA?
A: Not yet. This is our medium-term goal but in the meantime all orders will be shipped from Japan.

Q: Are your prices quoted including GST and Import Duty?
A: Yes, where applicable. Orders totaling under AUD1,000.00 do not attract GST or Import Duty.

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept payment by direct deposit or Paypal at the moment, with Credit Card payments available when the website goes online. Paypal payments incur a 5% transfer fee.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Anywhere from 10 - 14 days for air freight, 4 - 6 weeks for sea freight. Times vary though and many orders arrive quicker than originally quoted. Stock availability and back ordering will affect quoted times.

Q: How can you supply parts ex-Japan faster than Toyota themselves?
A: Amayama isn't part of a supply chain (eg: Toyota JP warehouse -> Toyota AU warehouse -> Dealership -> You) which slows the process. We either have parts in stock and ship directly to you or we order them in locally from Toyota JP.

Q: Can you get parts for my (insert old car)?
A: Possibly! Manufacturers only produce parts for 10 years after a model finishes its life so after that the likelihood of supplying new genuine parts for old cars becomes less and less over time. It's surprising what is available sometimes though so let us know and we'll do our best to source the part(s) in question.

We're looking forward to supporting Toymods members!

    Justin

I bought some gaskets a couple of weeks ago. best trade price i could get in oz was $200.

Parts through amyama were $89 posted.

Only took 5 working days to arrive.

Also very friendly to deal with, and quick responses to questions.

Over all very impressed by the professional service and price.

    cheers

River + Timbosaurus: New RA Celica parts are hard to source as you're no doubt well aware, but I do have a contact here in Japan who specialises in old school Japanese parts so let me know what you're after and we'll see how it goes.

Hurricane: If you can get the part numbers that would help the most, failing that we'd need the VIN/Frame number of the car, and failing that we'd need the year of manufacture, the make and model names, engine type and displacement and any description of the parts would also be helpful.

James: Thanks very much for posting your feedback

roadsailing: Yes we can, as with usual orders we'll need the actual part number if possible or a description of the part and the car's VIN/Frame number/date of manufacture/Make/Model/Engine type/capacity.

    Man, you guys are awesome!

I was in desparate need of some brake pad backing plates, anti squeal springs and clips to hold the brake pads in for Gen 3 SW20 front calipers, got a mate to order them through Toyota Aus as he gets trade prices, they said 2-3 weeks.

Decided to cover all bases and try out the new sponsors, Justin was extremley helpful and very quick to reply to e-mails. I threw a few different part numbers his way, he was able to tell me which ones were the bits I needed and got it all organised.

I paid the invoice with PayPal on Friday 25th, he let me know on Saturday the payment cleared and they would be shipped on Monday.

I just got a call then from my mate to say they have arrived at his place today! Still no sign of the bits ordered from Toyota Aus.

I'm a very happy customer and will be coming back to you guys for all my parts.

    Thanks again!

Hi Justin, FYI, I tried submitting an enquiry through your website page - however I was unable to select a 'model' in the drop down box for some reason. so it wouldnt accept the submission. Might want to check that one out?

Will send email for now instead.

Hi justin, how would you like me to make an enquiry, im after a bellhousing from a 5speed N/A JZA80 supra..

to make things even easier its to suit a W series gearbox, and a JZ series engine. Also i would like to purchase the water pump pulley

part number for bellhousing is 31111-22140 hopefully maybe even a second hand one is possible so it comes with everything, clutch fork, pivot ball, front bearing retainer etc..

water pump pulley partnumber is - 16371-46020

any help you could give me would be great, thanks

hickozGT4: I'm not an authority on TRD parts but I'd say it's almost impossible to find TRD cams for a 6MGE. Just looking at their catalogue and they only list crank and conrod bearings as available for even the 7M-GTE.

pandaah: Just waiting on a reply about availability, I'll update you asap.
