Akk! Bloody hell, I just commited to not being here that weekend. Love to see the GT8 in action. As for what class - think you'd be Type 4 - actually can't see any reason why not. http://www.sdmahillclimb.com/forms/S...%20Classes.docOriginally Posted by JustenGT8

I spent the entire day in bed, I was called into work last night, and again tonight... So the sprinter once again didn't make it out.
not that many cars there today, say 15-20?
most interesting was the forumla something looking car with a 3800 holden of vn? vintage. sounded phat and was doing 44sec passes. The wife of who ever owned it managed so spin at the chichane which made for some spektical!
my favourite was a slr5000 which had no hope of ever putting any power down as it just had wayyyy to much and the owner had a heavy foot ;-)

It's not really a hillclimb geared car right now. Shes lapped in round WP in the wet under 1.12's if a better idea for ya.
I'd love to build a nice 1UZ one like Erol Richardson did and throw a SC on it for good measure. THAT would go nice and quick....
(As far as I know, Peter Gumly holds the fastest lap time at the SDMA with a 38.XXsec pass in his red beast looking thing, http://www.jmedia.net.au/v/SDMA/13-0...38+WM.jpg.html...)
