SDMA Hillclimb - this Sun 25/11/07

Hi All,

The SDMA Hillclimb is on again this Sunday. I know everybody will be at Marques, but for those of us who can't be ars*d polishing...

I'll be there again in the White AE82 Twin Cam - no mods from last time (no time), just going to play with tyre pressures and maybe rear sway bar.

Racing gets underway about 9:30am and goes through to around 3 - 4:00pm.

Spectators are most welcome - costs nothing but your time.

Well Todd, you already know how I went, but for the others that are interested....

My 03 Corolla Sportivo seemed to just click today, and it showed with a run of 52.17 which is now the official lap record for class 1/2 1600-2000cc



Anyone who was out there and took photos, please post them I will be very grateful!

Working on the photos - and video (wait an hour and search YouTube on SDMA Hillclimb and you should find them).

Managed a new PB of 54.49 down from 54.63... Just learning how to drive will make me much faster...

Good day, had lots of fun, and good to hang out with the Taylor boys - whose Corolla's just sound fantastic.

But the TR8 out there today gets my vote for aural pleasure - man I wanted that car soooo bad.
