Well Start sorting out leave and money, Toymods and the Canberra Celica Group (CCG) are heading to the coast again for a weekend away.

Date: November 3/4
We will be heading to the south coast, so both clubs travel around the same amount to the destination. Looking at going to a caravan park type thing with rooms and camping. So I'll sort a destination and look at accomodation in the coming weeks and let you all know. Stitt

We are looking at the Beach Haven Holiday Resort at Ulludulla and have asked the Sydney brethren to have a look to see if acceptable to meet up there. http://www.beachhaven.com.au/accom.html

So if your interested keep the WE of 3/4 Nov free.

Well if its good enough for Mr Lawrence then Im happy to stay there. So I have booked in for 4 of us so far. Hope we have a good turnout like our previous TOYMODS/CCG get togethers.

Well I know its taken me a while however I have finally come up with the details for the weekend away.

Toymods and the Canberra Celica Group will be heading to Beach Haven Holiday Resort. Which is just South of Ulladulla on the coast. On the Sat night the 3rd of Novemeber.

Plan is both groups leave around the same time to try and get to Ulladulla at around the same time, once there I'm planning a short Rally/treasure hunt Toymods vs CCG and then we'll either have a BBQ at the resort or head into town for a feed. (As people put there hand up to come I'll sort this detail out. If we do go out for dinner I would expect to go somewhere where its about $25- $30 max for a main)

The Beach Haven Holiday Resort are expecting us, I you have to do is pick which room you would like to stay in. Call the resort say your with Toymods so as to unsure rooms willbe close together. The resort aren't holding any rooms for us, they aren't very full at the moment however they would expect more reservations in the coming weeks so get in fast.

Accomidation ranges from camp sites to spa villas so there should be something to suit everybody.

So I hope that this suits everyone, Sydney Siders are looking at an 2hour 40 min drive where as CCG are up for about a 2 hour 20 drive.

Sydney Meet at Homebush P6 at 9:30 for a 10:00 or so leave.

Canberra Meet at parliament house 9:45 for a 10:15 or so leave

I hope that alot of people can make it. It sahould be a good weekend of talking crap and having a good social time. An extension of the Nationals if you will

Sounds like fun, what accomadation is everyone else going for? I'll be by myself so I dont think a villa will suit me unless someone else wants to join me. Half/ Half or thrids???? Any interests?

I have booked a 4 bed 'cottage' at the Beach Haven Holiday Resort for this event and looks like some of the initial guys cant make it now. Anyone interested in paying a fourth (approx $40 - $50) of the costs and coming along? I may even be able to give you a lift in Tweety if needed. Had a heap going and they pulled out for all sorts of reasons. So far Its just me and anyone that want to join in on paying for the unit (another 3 persons).

If I dont get another 3 for the unit I will have to bail as well. As usual the CCG guys leave everything to the last minute so Ill post on 'Sydney' TOYMODS post that Im after another 2 guys. If I get them at least there is no pressure for you to come. Hows that sound?

Maybe if I cant get any of the CCG guys to attend then it might get cancelled by TOYMODS as well??????

Ahwell....Tweety was almost packed and ready to go too. Still had more CCG lurkers thinking about it too but only Matt and I ready to roll!

Hey Stitt, we will have to choose a quiter time with less alternatives for the guys so we can round up the usual and new suspects next time!

If you want to do the cruise I can tell the CCG but I might not be able to make it this WE.
