Repeat what Dong did to his Z21 (except with some of the gayness).
i'm currently starting a conversion on my 7mgte, and am in the process of stripping the motor back, i would like some more power from it than just the standard ct26, any suggestions on a good turbo with out having to change to much plumbin, or maybe getting the ct26 hi-flowed,
any advice is appreceated

What are your goals? "more power" is a pretty open ended description.
i dont want to turn it into a track car or anything with huge mods, it will be my daily driver so i want it to still be fairly reliable, i just want a bit more kick when i put my foot down, so i can boost it with some of the big boys, looking for around 200-250 kwrw
Probably look at the highflow option for that kind of power. No pipework changes required, and will fit that power pretty well.
I have a T04B V trim wheel in mine, and get 240RWKW and the think the small wastegate is choking a bit up top. Bloody responsive with boost available from less than 2000RPM. Also the 57 trim T04E wheel is pretty popular as well. Any good turbo shop should be able to do it, but I would recommend opening up the wastegate port as much as practical, as I think I'm starting to have problems with mine being a bit too small.
Speak to stao @ hypergear we have tuned quite a few of his hiflows in soarer and jxz100 factory housings and got surprising results.
