What model car is it out of. Different models and year of manufacture use different input shaft bearings and od of output shaft. Rear output shaft bush you can buy from amayama.com, once you know part number. I have one bush in my shed, which I will be using, so will look at part number later for you.
You can usually buy bearing, seal and gasket kits from places such as Burson Auto Parts. But the output bush is not included.

Here is a eBay listing, in US, for full rebuild kit. As can be seen includes seals, bearings, synchro rings and gaskets. You can expect to pay between $350 and $400 Aus for full kit if you can still get them here.

I just checked output shaft bush and genuine part number is 90999-72022. At the moment Amayama has them listed for $17.98 Aus plus post.
The later model gearbox 1983 to 1985 needs this front bearing, they are 68mm OD and a roller bearing as the earlier one is 62mm OD and a ball race. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/T50-Input...YAAOSwnHZYdDSx Other than that they are the same throughout.

The bush is stored away at the moment. I know the ID is the same for all T50 and T40 boxes. The OD of slip yoke is the same for all T50 and t40.
