A lot of people will remember this as JDM-20L’s car (Kurt)!

I ended up buying it, and have finally gotten around to finishing it off. That said my life has changed a bit since purchasing the car (I own a house, went overseas, am getting married, etc), and I know that I’m not going to be able to give it the love and attention it deserves. I’m hoping to sell it to someone who will!

Since I’ve owned it I finished off the engine conversion (hoses, brackets, etc, etc), wired up the engine (plug and play adapter harness), sorted out the rear suspension and rear brakes, tidied up and re-assembled the interior and in general sorted out a whole lot of little things! A lot of the information listed here comes from JMD-20L.

It is a 30+ year old car, and as such it does has a few little imperfections, such as,
•The sunroof fitment and paint isn’t perfect. There are some spare sunroof parts (including an untouched, slightly rusty sun roof panel) that will come with the car.
•A few very small scratches (2 or 3) and imperfections in the paint - overall though the paint is very awesome!
•Interior has a few cracks, etc and it does looks a little dirty (I’ve done my best to clean it, but I’m sure there is still some room for improvement).
•Gearbox speedo gears aren’t correct to give an accurate speedo reading.
    •Needs steering lock stops.
•Missing rear vision mirror (trying to source one).

I haven’t driven then car further than out of the shed, and it isn’t currently registered. But I’m happy to talk with potential buyers about helping with getting it registered in Queensland if that is a strong desire...

I’ve put a whole lot of photos up on Dropbox, so please go and have a look at them <here>!

Congrats to the new owner! You are getting a very unique car here.

Wilbo did the gentleman thing and contacted me last week to give me 1st right, but my hands are bloody full and I can't garage the cars I own at the moment!

So, I will say on the record that I will infinitely regret letting the opportunity go!

    Cheers
