So I've had a few questions about the punch.
I put it on Not Toyota Nationals.
Its a $25 buy in for anyone that takes part and you 'll get more for that $25 at the Matilda then you will at the pub...
Mix is soft drinks juice and white spirits, it went down pretty well for the 25-28 that bought in last time.
If your half thinking about it contact me and ask more questions.
I'd like to get number sorted soon, as I've got to start working out to jig the mix for the numbers.
Im really looking forward to dubbo

p.s. Wheel barrow would be cool, would be hard to get those bits of sunken fruit out though.

clock is certainly ticking, just removed the R154 from simmo's aristo to get it rebuilt! nothing like cutting it fine.
barring some catastrophic leak from my newly set up oil system, i should be good to go. shakedown run this wednesday
Another week delayed for me too waiting for parts, eats into my "wanna give it a shakedown before 5 hour drive when car hasn't been driven properly in years and last time it did, it BHG'ed" time.
I am confident though since last time I drove it was a decent 60km round trip and it behaved quite well.

had a few drop-outs, also still have a few sydney people who should be sending punch money through shortly
I'm gonna need numbers by Monday morning latest for the Mudgee BBQ as I need to buy supplies.
I will be running on the assumption that we won't bother with alcohol and will save ourselves for the PUNCHASAURUS!
For anyone expecting mechanical dramas, I have a well equipped shed with hoist. Ceiling height is low, so land barges may need short people under them, but Celicas MR2s etc will be fine at full height.
BBQ I am going to plan on 2 snags PP, bread, chips, tomato and BBQ sauce, fried onion, diced bacon, mustard, and am thinking of doing some small BBQ steaks too. Will throw some extras in just in case. Will also get some pre-packaged lettuce, coleslaw, other salads. Will also grab an assortment of soft drinks and throwaway cups to go with.
Due to numbers this year, seating isn't guaranteed (I'll almost guarantee you won't be seated), and a small donation will be very welcomed toward cost of foodstuffs.
For parking, I will converse with some neighbours, but generally there is plenty of parking around the corner near the golf course for anyone who doesn't find somewhere to park in the laneway (which has an above average amount of parking space to start with).
Like everyone else, I'll be struggling to get my cars ready for the event this year, so please be gentle I'll also be coming off night shifts, so be warned! Vito knows how to find my place, so follow him. Also, as you go past the golf course, watch out for the speed humps - they are savage.
If you need to get hold of me, email [email protected]
I'll see the cruise group next Friday!
