Toyotafest Drag Racing - Wednesday 8th October!

Off the back of Toyotafest #11, Toymods Car Club will be heading to Western Sydney International Dragway for a run down the drag strip.

Bring whatever you like - daily driver, sleeper, full drag car - all are welcome, don't feel like you need to be running 8s to make an appearance. Cost is $55 for as many runs as you can get in within the night, or $20 to spectate.

Lane is booked under TOYMODS. They may limit numbers in the lane and as per any other night there are also limits on the overall number of cars, and places cannot be reserved - so if you're keen, arrive early. For those who haven't been before, this is what you need to do:

-Enter through gate 14, pay your $55
-Park in the pit area - complete your entry form while still in the pit area
-Take your COMPLETED entry form and drivers licence – on-foot – to Registration
-Advise the Registration and Scrutineering officials that you are part of the TOYMODS lane reservation
-Once your paperwork is approved and a wristband has been issued, then collect your car and bring it around for scrutineering.

Please do things in this order. Do not hold up scrutineering if you haven't already completed the paperwork and registration.

Yeah still keeping me busy. Haven't been out to any Toyota meets for the last 2-3 years so I plan to make it to this one. If I get there early after work I might take a few pics before I film the runs.

Hi all, just a reminder that the Toyotafest Drag racing night will be on tomorrow evening at WSID. If some of the cars at toyotafest were any indication then there should be some really cool vehicles out there!
