Thanks for putting this on guys, was good to catch up with some regular faces and meet some new ones.
Best for the night for me was my first run 14.273s @ 157.85km/h (2.149 60') and was in the 14.4-14.6 range after that with pretty consistent 2.2 60' which is great compared to my runs on the old clutch (2.3-2.7 with one fluke 2.1). Managed 7 runs by the end of the night as most people left before the burnouts and it was pretty quiet overall due to the weather.

fkn awesome night guys. i wasnt able to get out of work early enough to have a run myself, but there were quite a few toymodders there having a go! hopefully we can keep the momentum going with these events and get things happening more often
Like TRDEE, didn't get there till 7ish and could only spectate, but it was a sweet night.
Looking forward to the next one, might even get a car going for it! (I want to take the Mavrick for a lol, but missus doesn't want me to break it)
lol seeeeyaaaaaaaa
looked like a good turnout of Toymods guys there! Wish I was part of the action.
Cool vid Tyrie, sucks when the red-mist makes you go for another gear that isn't there I guess that's why the non-electonic auto guys reverse the shift pattern so top gear is on the stops at the bottom of the gate hey.
Is that Matt's 2J IS there as well? How did it go?
Cheers
Phil

We did ok - though that elusive 10 is still out there...
ran 11.1 @ 141.3MPH
Spent the night creeping up the revs on the 2 step.
Still have a lot to sort out - it either bogs down or blows the tyres off it.
Next time - bigger burnouts, lower tyre pressures, hold 2 step on for longer, boost control in gear to get some traction in 2nd and 3rd.
Back half of the track is fine putting on 38mph.

Haha I had the gps timer set up and it showed 10.7 @ 125 as I crossed the line, the mph looked right for the run but the 10.7 certainly came as a surprise!
Kinda wish I'd backed off after snagging neutral and had another run... however metal filings in my oil suggest maybe 1 run was enough!
