KE70 wagon irs
hey guys have searched these forums and many more have found the odd thread here and there but no good in detail threads about this subject.
im looking to put a whole s13 irs set up into a ke70 wagon. the distance between the chassis rails is perfect. the only problems i see are clearance issues on the chassis rails but that can be easily solved with abit more cutting and welding.. the other issue been the strengthening of the strut towers or in this case lack of strut towers. i would really love to see how people have done this. if you know of a thread with afew pictures or even know someone who has done this can you please send me some links. thank you very much guys

Re: KE70 wagon irs
jarrad klingberg did that in his e7 wagon.
the first one looked messy and really heavy.
he essentially cut out most of the rear floor pan, put in cradle, then with a range from 3-10mm plate made a box to support the strut tops. which took up the entire boot pretty much.
i havnt seen his new set up yet, but i think its a lot neater.
if you are going to do it, beware you probably wont have much boot space left. and it will be much heavier.
if its for a track car it obviously wont matter.
