Brisbane Dyno tuner recomendations or warnings

I am looking at putting a full standalone ecu into my GT Four, before I race out and buy a ecu I need to pick a tuner so I can get a ecu that he can tune.
now there are a lot of tuners in the Brisbane area, im not to concerned about north or south side (logan is most convenient) as I have a car trailer. so im just looking for a good honest tuner, right off the bat mercury are out, they tuned a mates four and locked the tune on him and wont unlock it. for me this is a deal breaker as I want to play with things like launch control and boost control, I like to tinker. but I am not looking to tune the car my self.
some of the tuners I have seen around but havnt heard any feed back include but are not limited to:

Capalaba motor repairs

999
any good tuners people can think of?
I know a good tunes around the $1k mark so I suspect they will all be around that so im not that concerned with cost, just want some one who is honest, know what they are doing and wont lock the tune.

Only heard good things about Matty Spry, saw a 31 he tuned. Cams were huge, which I didnt know, which I commented, oh its a little cammy, I think the cams were over 300 and was quite literally, a little cammy. thing went like a shower of shit too.
I am probably going to get him to do my car when I finally get there
