**ToyotaFest 2013! - Sunday 6th October**

OK... into the final few weeks of madness before the show. I know it's taken a while, but the ToyotaFest website is now mostly up to date (just missing a little ToyotaFest history). So everything you need to know for this years show is up, including the entry form. Download it, print it out and fill it in ready for the show. The more of these people bring pre filled out, the quicker we should be able to have everyone parked and settled ready for a fantastic day!

Does Toymods have a supplier already for printed promotional material for this event?
The charity I work for has a commercial printing studio which is actually a sheltered workshop for people with intellectual disabilities, I'm sure I can get Toymods a good deal. They do high quality work, bridezilla and I just got our wedding invites through them. I realise this is a little late for ToyotaFest, I only just thought of it...

I just printed my entry form, I am curious about one of the conditions of entry: "...The fuel tank shall be full..." How come?

So what is the deal with the "fuel tank must be full" on the entry form? I understand not filling them up there, just seems a strange thing to have... and now my curiosity is aroused

My guess would be that the insurance doesn't cover people mucking around with petrol, and by asking everyone to have a full tank you are removing the possibility that somebody could accidentally run out while waiting in line to get out the gate. I'll check with the other guys though.

Just recently attended another event where the fuel requirement was to have as close as possible to 1/4 tank. I'm not really understaning the logic either.....

Maybe a car with an empty petrol tank left in a public carpark could be treated as abandoned?

Fairly sure I've seen the clause on all the previous Toyotafest entry forms, maybe now that we're trying to emphasise pre-filling people are actually paying a little more attention to what it says, rather than just skimming over it in a hurry whilst waiting in line at the gate on the day

its not a deal breaker... I can afford to top it up - lucky E85 is only $1.40 a litre
It was more a curiosity that it was on there - as well as a separate thing about not filling them there...

besides like most indemnities, you just sign them regardless of whether you comply!!!
