4age silvertop won't run HELP!! Mindfuck!

Ok heres a mind fuck for all you 4age specialists...

Ive fully rebuilt a 4age 20v silvertop for my ra65 celica.

-Engines at 9:1 comp
-built for turbo
-stock mustard 1jz injectors
-coilpacks instead of stock leads
-stock a/t ecu with greddy blue piggyback
-custom inlet manifold
-timing is set correctly
-has amazing spark and injector pulse
-fuel pressure at 300~kpa

Engine seems to have everything it needs to run ive even temporarily set up the stock afm meter at the inlet manifold just to be safe. It won't run!

It will randomly start and run for a brief second and then die, otherwise won't start. I've played with the dizzy to see if it just needed to be adjusted but no luck

I need anyone with experience with these kind of setups to give me some ideas because im out...

I can't see what would stop it from running now...any input would be amazing! If theres anything ive left out please let me know, im trying to get this running ASAP

put timing light on no1 lead check timing is around 10 to 15 degrees
maybe even put timing light on all 4 leads and check timing to make sure all 4 leads are firing right
remove injector plugs and try starting on aero start
maybe injectors are stuck

check spark plugs as it might be too much fuel

just because u have injector pulse and spark doesnt mean its getting into the cylinder
so find other ways of getting fuel in the cylinders

I had injectors cleaned before i put them in, and i can't put a timing light on because of the coilpacks...not running leads anymore

Ive also taken the spark plugs out numerous times to clean them as they were fouling up from flooding

When u clean injectors u need to use them quickly
But if all plugs are getting fouled then injectors are working

Maybe the bigger injectors are flooding it quickly

U need to back off injector pulse in emanage
Or even drop fuel pressure to 20 or 30 psi
Also once the sprk plugs foul afew times they prob wont come back to normal again

Also if your running std ecu with 4 coil packs maybe u have not wired it right as u need the signal
Return to go back to ecu so it will fire the next round

When u test for injector pulse and spark do. U check same cylinder all the time
Maybe try them all at different times
Also trying cranking it for at least 5 seconds to make sure u r getting injector pulse for a long time
This will then prove the return signal is getting to ecu
If it's not getting to ecu the injectors stop pulsing after afew seconds

Ive checked all cylinders while cranking for spark and pulse, both are present and stay for however long i crank the motor.

For the time it will start and run for a second, spark and pulse remain the entire time

The wiring for the coilpacks should be fine but ill double check the igf wire on the ecu. I havnt been able to tune the emanage yet so either its in the tuning of the emanage or the ecu. Thanks alot do some checking and testing tonight and over the weekend

Ok quick update. Have got the car running properly. Fuel pump relay was powering up on crank but cutting out just on ignition so ive wired in a new fuel pump relay and is fixed
