    Default R150 input shaft pilot bearing

    Hi guys
    I'm rebuilding my r150 transmission and I can't find
    The size the pilot bearing race on the input shaft should be in the fsm

    the bearing inner measures 11.99mm and the race on the input shaft is 11.85mm is this
    Acceptable clearance there are some wear marks on input shaft and bearing I'll
    Put up a picture soon as I can any info cheers

    You should be fine. I think that the bearing is a 6002 but you will get a rattle at idle in neutral once everything is all in and together due to the new clutch disc sitting in a slightly different position to the original. More annoying than problem causing esp with a 1UZ conversion. One trick that we used to use on Skyline and also the UZ swaps in NZ was to use a sintered bronze bush in place of the spigot or pilot bearing, sometimes you had to press two different sized bushes together to get the correct size but while not an issue over there in WA it seems to hard for the average parts "Bone head" to get their head around
