Gun Metal, access is good, I don't remember there being any particularly bad speed humps and no driveway type entrance either, the road just goes straight into the car park. If you are worried, then try getting there earlier so you can drive around the speed humps before the parking fills up.

20vturbo, I think presentations are usually at around 2:30-3pm.

If I get there early enough will I be able to get a trailer into the carpark and unload?

Yep, and we have an area behind the shopping centre where they have agree we can park the trailers and tow cars.

Just to confirm Gold28's comments.

There are very few speed humps, and they are not very high any way. Entry roads are pretty good and if you come in from the roundabout there are not kerb/gutters to navigate.

Trailors, there will be an area set aside for temporary unloading at the beginning of the show.
Once Unloaded there is an area around the back of the venue for trailors / support vehicles / other family members non entrant vehicles to park so we are not taking up more parking than we need to.
At the end of the show (around 3pm) trailors can be bought back into the Show area once a few of the cars have left to reload vehicles.

Just to clarify for those who aren't sure / can't stay for the whole show... our insurance only covers us for a static car show. This means we cannot have any cars moving about the show area between 9am - 3pm. We'd love to see as many of you there as possible, but we can't risk any incidences either. Soooo, get there early, come and see one of the Toymods Board Members (the guys in red shirts running around like headless chickens) and we'll see what we can organise.

Trophy presentation & raffle prizes are usually around 2.30pm.

...as you all know, this year has been very last minute, but DBA has come through for us again, and will be sponsoring Toyota Fest 2012. We can all look forward to a few DBA goodies up for grabs!
