Per my previous post, we will have one end to ourselves. It will be roped off and only Toyotafest entrants will be allowed in.

Yeah, I think it's about that time I'm generally so busy during the day that it's 3 O'clock before I realise I missed breakfast.
We will put all the particulars including entrant information on the website soon.

In the mean time everyone has 3 weeks to finish all those little cleanups and mods before the show.

I'll be doing everything I can to get the MR2 there this year.

The Baby Bunting end of the carpark is also almost always dead for those concerned about us taking up space that the shoppers use.
Most people who visit there eather go to Maccas, Nick Scali, Harvey Norman or Super Cheap and they are all accessable from the Western End.

Not sure if it`s still like the old days, but do we still do group roundups these days here? If i go, i`ll be leaving from wollongong.

If theres people from down south driving through in groups and stopping at locations on the way to meet others, the Mr`s and i will probably consider taking the
GA-70 and the AE-92 TRUENO up for a roll ? Anyone interested ???

On the Day, the Board will be there at sparrow fart to start setting up. Entrants can probably turn up from about 7.30am onwards and no later than about 8.30.

We need to have the Cars setup and stationary by 9am before the stores start to open as we will be using alot of the isles for entrant queing.

ivandude, No Toyotas are POS.... (except maybe AW11's ). So bring it. Got your PM, Many thanks, Will touch base with the guys and see what the plan is and get back to you.

For people coming from other area, or other clubs coming as a group, you guys can create a thread for meet up details. Generally there is a Canberra Meetup, Newy/ Central Coast meet, and Wollongong meet. (And obviously the long distance meets for the interstate guys.)

If there are Clubs coming, ideally to get you a display area with you all grouped together, you'll need to co-ordinate arrival as a group and preferably arrive before 8.00am. We are more than happy to facilitate other clubs having their own display.

Like always we will do our best to group chassis's together, however the later you arrive the less chance there is of this happening.

Should be there, if possible I might need to park closish to an exit. I am flying to Japan early on the Monday morning so might not be able to stay for the duration but would love to be there for however long I can since the car will be freshly finished.

We are looking at ways to take pre entries this year, but otherwise to ensure a quick set-up we will have the entry forms downloadable once the Toyotafest web site is set up.

Why not setup an online form to submit entries and give a reference number, then all you have to do is bring along said reference number and your cash and you're all set?

Will happily volunteer myself to do it if that's something that interests you guys?
