Right! pistons land in NZ 28th Jan. I wont see them for another 3 days after that.

Now to get some responses from my crank/rod manufacturer! ARGH they are annoying.
Get like no response from them, when I do stuff is complete. But then no response again after we need to sort out shipping!

Rods and crank sorted, they have been shipped.


The Pistons due to land on the 28th, now the freight company got a letter from Customs USA and they want the container BACK!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 million times angry!!!!

The freight company we use is a BIG company in NZ one of the biggest, we use their containers and share space with others. USA Customs have picked up something not right and when the container arrives in NZ no ones allowed to touch it, has to go back on another ship back to USA which takes 2 weeks. Freight company cant do anything as they have to follow what USA customs wants.

I spoke to our freight company stressing how angry I was and they need to pay me conpensation etc. But in the contract if USA customs does this they have no control so there isnt anything i can do. They said this has only happened once before.


I will post up the letter from USA customs later as im not by a scanner right now.

Freight company said if they cant sort it and the container goes back its gona be another 6 weeks.

I am still going to try get something from them as compensation, i've even asked if the container goes back when it lands in USA, ship all my items by air freight at their cost. They then say they cant take items from the container as all the paper works been lodged with USA customs. GRR.

Will be getting updates from our freight company today. Im bloody fumming!!
