w56/7/8 manual and A43d auto tailshaft different output splines

Hi everyone
I'm about to undertake an engine conversion from a 5me to a 6mge into my ms123 crown with a w series manual conversion aswell.
What I'm am keen to know before I start stripping the crown and the donor ma61, is if the output splines on the manual tailshaft are similar to the splines on the a43 auto shaft?
I have done searches but nothing has answered my question.
If someone can answer this for me I would be overly greatful

Hi biglad,
I can confirm that the output splines will be the same, but length may be a problem.
If your crown has an A43d you should be fine, but if you have an A43DL or A43DE, your tailshaft is goin to be 60-80 mm too short. It might pay to also check your vehicle details, I'm not 100% but I thought the MS123 only came with a 5MGE or 6MGE backed by an A43DE, I think the MS112 came out with a 5ME and A43D...
