Cold idle and cold start are thing you'll probably need to tune to suit precisely your motor. Even a good map from someone else will likely need adjusting. Drop me an email address and I may have something to get you started or compare your tune to though.
And idle control on a 4AGZE with frontmount is always difficult (long post-TB inlet tract). You'll need to have a play with all the idle control parameters in the Wolf (fast and slow tracking speeds, initial opening, RPM target, etc). It's been discussed several times before.
