    August 4 and 5.

I think entry and shared accommodation was about $300 last time, but I have a bad memory.

Organisation of the event is outstanding and Terry runs a good ship.

And racing around Phillip Island is simply awesome. Those of you with club cars should do it!!

    funny how things turn out
i was up at steves sinclaires place (fabricator extraordinaire )
getting some helpful advice in header design , and we were talking about the phillip island six hour
and it turns out that the blue shitter will be in terrys team ,
i am sooooo jealous of steve's welding skills
he is on this project at the moment that i wont say anything about until i get his permission
but will leave people gobsmacked ,

the blue shitter survived yet another six hour event
it played up a bit , it ran out of fuel at my place and sucked up all manor of shit
and it was not running its usual reliable way
so i will fit a fuel cell and reco the carbs along with an electronic ignition
should clear up the gremlins for the winton six hour

these are all the shots that i got off ron's first six hour as i was on the wall with the timing for a good part of his sessions
the weather was shit , cold and wet , i could swear that there were polar bears there trying to get out of the weather

I swear I saw a few icebergs float past!

Congrats to Team Hillclimb Red - fifth overall was a top effort. We lost the turbo awd bluebird early, and the mini died not that far into the session either, meaning it was up to 4 cars to do the majority of the driving and they were extremely consistent. Thanks to Phil for spending the day on the wall, Brendan and Joel for freezing their nuts off on the roof.

TCCAV Blue ended up 46th. I think everyone had a blast despite not really showing in the results, and that is the key! Thanks to Andy for being pitwall man, Sonya and Frank for being the roof timers. It wasn't pleasant out there.

Also thanks to Terry for getting the whole show on the road, and all the helpers that got coffees, hot dogs etc etc.

I dislike not running... I have to buy another car

Here are some photos of the team cars.
