    Default I cant delete messages

    Hi guys I can't delete inbox messages as I'm up to my limit...... Can some admin help me out please ...... Desperate as I'm chasing a gearbox of someone here!

    tick all the boxes of the messages that you want to delete
    then go to the bottom of the page and open the drop down box thingy
    then click actions, then delete, then proceed

    It doesn't have the option, it's like I'm on a light version of the forum.....
