Help please! Where do these wires go??

Hi Guys

I have an 1987 MK3 Supra turbo. Whileding the solution to a massive power drain I disconnected 4 wires from what seems to be a relay without noting down where I took it from.(yeah i no stupid me)

Now my car wont start! It cranks fine but just wont catch. Ive filled fuel but this only happened after I disconnected the wires you see below.

Can anyone tell me where each of the wires go?


Location of what I think is a relay in the engine bay. Is this the fuel pump relay?



Closer view of the wires that I am unsure off, Not sure which wire connects where on the relay.




The relay with the 4 connection points. Which wire goes where?




There are 4 wires already connected to one side of the relay
- Black & red
- yellow & black
- white & black
- orange & black

The are another 4 wires that need to be connected to the relay
- yellow & black
- black & white
- red & black
- orange & black

Please help with where on the relay I have to plug them in, You can use the colour of the wires to refer to them. Ive already tried simply matching the colours up on each side but the car still would crank and wouldnt catch.

Im quite sure it has something to do with that relay as Ive basically touched nothing else and the car only started having this problem after I disconnected these wires.

Note: I have already tried connecting each wire to the same color , still no luck

i replaced the efi relay.... and cranking and not starting is indicative of either no spark or no fuel, since i affected the efi system im thinking maybe its a fuel problem?

is there any fuse that I might have blown that could cause my fuel pump to not operate?

15amp fuse blown , like wires to like.problem solved. \ thread

dude, when you mention wire colours.

the first colour is the main colour of the wire, the second colour is the stripe going through it.

black/red is power to injectors and ignitor

this isnt the same as red/black, which, amongst other things, is connected to your reverse light switch on your gearbox.

that said, youve got a blue/white wire floating around there that youve made no mention of?

- yellow & black ignition trigger
- white & blackearth
- orange & blackto source

my 15a efu fuse was blown , replaced that , joined like colour to like and the car starts first go.

wow , first time i havnt had major parasitic drain for months
