Default AOMC Japanese Classic Car Show - Sunday 26th Feb 2012

Now that our show is out of the way, we should start planning to have a great presence at this one as well!

TCCAV should have a crack at this one I think

    ClubJudgingCriteria

Put it in your diary for Sunday 26th Feb 2012, as I am tipping it will be a good day.

...geez i've gotta ask my wife for 2 leave passes in Feb!!...c'mon! .....to a certain degree I want this to be well attended but not to the detriment or future plans of Classic Japan....call me selfish but I thought yesterdays event was as good as you could get and I don't want the AOMC event to detract from that.

Oh I think we can have two Jap shows in a year and both be successful.

We should try and stick to our winning formula of cars on the grass, lots of space between them for photos, every one welcome and no bullshit trophies. Though I would like to do a People's Choice, but I didn't win that argument at the committee meetings

AOMC will have a different atmosphere, and will be successful in its own right because of their marketing ability.

I am sure we will always like ours better

...true.......i've been to their British car shows and yes they do have a different feel to them. Good to see that japanese classics are now getting the recognition and publicity that they deserve.

Yeah I should be in for this.....i suppose it is good that the AOMC is an open age meet and the TCCAV one is 25 years +.....good point of difference and we will still have no probs attracting old Jap classics.
