Being different engine series and the fact that the stroke on the 2az is longer id say youd have trouble and thats not even taking into account bearing sizes or the piston separation or anything.
A crank out of a 4age will fit a 2zzge despite them being different series and the difference in stroke is the whole idea of using the 2az crank.
Also for what its worth bigend and main journals are the same size .

it's a ford 221cui motor crank that goes in a 186 red motor. Strokes it out nicely.

I've got one in my shed (complete 221 motor) if anyone wants it.

ZZ cranks fit 4A's so it might be worth a look, but to be honest the 5S Rod ratio is bad enough as it is, let alone a 2.4L stroker...

2JZ rods, F20C pistons and machining is the cheapest 3S stroker using the 5S crank if you want to improve the 5S piston slappers.

As someone said earlier check the bore to bore spacing first. The S-series engines have uneven spacing so I would be surprised if anything else fits. The reason why a ZZ crank can be made to fit a A-series block is because both use a 87.5mm spacing.
