    Default bc coilovers- mx83 cressida

hey guys i know there is plenty of info on them but its the spring rate etc that gets me. i have a x8 running a 500+ 2j that i drive on the street but also drag race and not sure what rates to go with to get good traction at the track? im thinking it would have to be softish to squat? how does it all work? i just have kings in at the moment.

keep what ever setup you have for the rear and just swap the rear struts back to soft before you go to the track? doesnt look like it would take long to swap

im not overly happy with what i have. ive swaped about 3 pairs of springs now and these would have to be the best ones so far but would rather find a better setup. plus i wouldnt mind dropping it abit when i go to a show or something to give it a better look
