    Default help re-pining ecu wires!

    How do I remove a ecu pin/wire to move it to a location? i've tried using the smallest screw driver but it wont budge?

    anybody in sydney are want to repin 6 wires for me? $50 cash in hand ready!

    depens how it is fitted, you just gotta stick it in right. Got pics?

    basically trying todo USDM wiring to JDM GEN 2 wiring

    notice the left hand 26 pin set has 6 wires different. thus im trying to move them over



    fitted like a normal ecu/wiring pinining i guess

    AutoShop 101 has diagrams showing you where to stick a pick in to the plug to release the plastic catch from the tab to move the wires - still a bitch of a job but....

    persevere, you will get i eventually. It usually involves lifting up the plastic bit that holds the terminal in by stabbing a very small screwdriver into the plastic, levering up and yanking on the wire

    All done :d

    finally managed it after spending all day and night! its not the best idea trying todo this at 1am in the morning with a flash light as its still very hard to see
