THIS EVENT HAS JUST BEEN CANCELLED....



MG Car Club is running their annual Club Challenge at Rob Roy again this year.

First round is April 10th.

Rob Roy is good fun.. its short.. tight... quick... and needs some big cojones to really nail it up the hill.

Not much is needed to enter.. your club membership, CAMS L2 Speed licence, helmet, fire extinguisher, blue battery triangle and a car that is in reasonably sound shape.

Have they done anything about the return road yet?

I dont think there are any plans to Joey.

at the start of the meeting they ask who has a car with low ground clearance
and they get permission to come down the track rather than the return road

at the first round of the state c/ship the return road was the best it has been for years

yeh, just checked email then. if the house didn't just sell (on a 60 day settlement) i'd have another grandpa......


oh well, closer to city means happier kate (both travel time and less cars/bits)

I have a recollection that the organisers had this issue last year too.

Anyways, if people are keen on running, get your entry in.. the organisers are threatening to cancel it as they only have 29 entries!
